Work has finished on the final pieces for Blackstone Fortress, the Dreaded Ambull expansion. It was a lot of fun working on a big beastie after doing lots of infantry sized miniatures and I mainly used layers of dry brushing and washes with final highlights to pick out the details, so nice and quick to paint but effective looking for the table top.

DeleteIt was successive layers of night blue to bright blue to ice blue dry brushed on getting lighter with each layer then washed heavily with a black and blue mix. I then picked out the edges with ice blue.
